Dão Sul Wine Company Limited
In 1989, in the heart of the Dão demarcated wine region, in the village of Carregal do Sal, Dão Sul Wine Company Limited is born.
Inspired by Quinta de Cabriz, a property with a magnificent manor house and a XVII Century Chapel, Dão Sul has become a reference point for winemaking in the Dão.
The vineyards are surrounded by pine forests and the grapes are grown in an integrated production system that produces wines with balanced acidity delicate aromas. Red grapes and white grapes are vinified in a winery equipped with the most modern winemaking technology, quality control laboratory and tasting room. The portfolio consists of a range of Cabriz selections as well as sparkling wines and spirits.
